Dear Bikers,
Based on our program last year, we are eager to organize the 2nd Hungarian National VZR Motorcycle Meeting, 3-6th of June, 2010.
The program:
As we did last year, the Villapark of Várgesztes will accommodate us. On our guided bike tours, the 1st day we will visit the picturesque Balaton and get a closer view of its Northern hills. On the 2nd day we will ride through Budapest and also go up on the hills of Budapest. In order to have a unique and spectacular bike experience of the city and of its sights, we will be guarded by police officers on the streets of Budapest. At nights to ease the stress of the day, there will be parties. On the 1st night music from the 70’s and on the 2nd night we will have a rock band playing.
Program fee:
The package price we offer, covers: two meals per day and the accommodation for 3 nights plus the night festivities, and the additional warm meal during the days, the 24 hour service staff, the expense of the tour guides and the expense of the organizers. The additional fees, as the motorway fee or the refueling, as the insurance as well, have to be financed individually.
Expense of the event: 55.000 HUF/biker. FYI a 1 liter petrol costs about 310 - 330 HUF / liter, a 4 day motorway ticket costs about 1.200 HUF.

In order to participate, please transmit the program fee onto this bank account* until 3rd of May, 2010.

It is important to indicate the family name of the participant on the bank transfer. Please, do not use nick names, and please also write down the size of T-shirts you wish to get.(s-m-l-xl-…xxxl). You can disclaim your participation only until 3rd of May, 2010, after that we are unable to pay the program fee back. You participate on the program on your free will, no legal claim is possible.
Let us meet on 3rd of June, 2010 between 10am and 3 pm at the border crossing in Hegyeshalom, from which after a good meal, we will ride towards the Villapark of Várgesztes.
